Thank you for making it clear the MC is a woman. It's always hard for me to get into the new generation Otome and VN games, where they can't make up their mind about the gender.
One game I played, because of choosing pronouns - the LIs didn't click at all. Certain scenes felt too disconnected from the MC and LI. It felt like they were trying to entice BL lovers but the quality of the game suffered greatly.
So I'm very excited and happy this game is being made. 😭. Thank you for giving this old biddy a game to look forward to. 🖤🖤
I'm referring to when a game that doesn't specify if the person is a man or woman, the LIs don't really feel fleshed out. It's like the devs are trying to pander to both TL and BLs. There are quite a few games meant for both men and women to play. I'd dare to say, there's more games like what I'm referring to than there are TL indie Western games.

I mean I think that’s just an overarching issue with self insert characters in general when they want to make a female lead or a male lead relatable for their audience they just leave as many things vague or blank as possible like not drawing their eyes etc so I do agree with that point
but it doesn’t stem from gender it’s just a different approach to writing a main character for a game or show that someone can “immerse” themselves in which often does fall flat unfortunately but they could still make a fleshed out interesting main character with a strong personality that also has an option for different pronouns :3

omg im loving this already. as i was playing, it dawned on me how uncannily similar me and the mc are so the game (even if it's still a demo as of now) hit like at least 10x harder 😭 it scared me how relatable the mc is, especially the part where she was reminded of the time her mother fed her and her sister expired food just to prove something to her dad like WHAT ???? CAN I NEVER HAVE AN ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE???? except i dont have a sister, so i thugged it out alone :') anyway, cant wait for the full release !!

Omg, I love the thing the artist did with Soren's eyes, it made me so uncomfortable. On the romantic bits all my instincts were saying "CAP🗣️ 🧢‼️". The scene where he has the umbrella? Perfectly spooky.

Also I love the music, especially at his home. One thing is that, I guess it was implemented into the soundtrack, the thunder playing every time the song resets get a bit distracting but also I understand that it's raining. I am super excited!!
as a die hard yandere vn player im already in love with soren ahhh so far im liking the story and the potential lore drops and endings we'll get in the future demos/full game and sorens wolf in sheeps clothing facade (lowkey giving me hannibal lecter vibes with how eerily perfect he is)and im getting a feeling there's hints that soren may be a cannibal? cuz of the lil details of the butcher knives, suspicious meats and the recipe book but maybe im looking way too deep into it lol im excited to see how much the game will improve and progress in the future !<3 cant wait to see more of bb soren ehe

He's totally my type in both personality and looks, like, total eye candy for a peace-loving girlie like me lol (respectfully I am looking at his chest). Very sad that I can't bond with princess in the start but hopefully we'll get to see more OwO

There's something unsettling about Soren and I don't know why. Like even knowing he's crazy, he acts like a completely normal guy here, but not quite normal enough to not come off as creepy. And MC being the type to put herself down and wonder if this is the best she can get... Yea, I can see how this is going to turn into a mess once Soren goes mask off. Props to you for writing a convincing set up for abuse.
