Or at the very least, in what situations do they affect how he treats the MC?

VERY HIGH SPOILER
Unfortunately, it's not Lars 🥺 Soren is deeply influenced by his grandparents - especially his grandfather - whose upbringing instilled in him some very warped views about women. He tends to see them as delicate things to protect, keep, or even control, rather than as people with autonomy. In his eyes, MC is his woman, which justifies - at least to him - doing things “for her own good” without her knowledge or consent.
I enjoyed the demo so much!! I can't wait for the further updates and the full release of the game <3 I know you said some themes in the game make it challenging for you to make us choose MC's gender, but it would mean a lot if you could add it as a feature even if it would raise the cost of the game.🥺
Also, if you need a translator for Turkish in the future when the full game is out, I would love to volunteer for free ♡♡

As for adding MC's gender as an extra feature: The protagonist’s gender plays an important role in the game. Changing it (such as switching to a male MC) would require rewriting the entire story from scratch, creating a completely different game. Unfortunately, we don’t have plans to do that at the moment. 🥺 But your feedback is incredibly valuable!

This is mostly because of Soren.🥺 He holds unhealthy beliefs about gender, and his behavior toward the MC is heavily influenced by those beliefs. He would treat the player differently depending on their gender.
Ahh thank you so much for explaining!! That actually makes a lot of sense now that I know it’s because of Soren. I hadn't thought about it like that before commenting, so I'm sorry about that. I totally get why changing the MC’s gender would be such a huge thing now. And I really appreciate you taking the time to reply 🥺💖

I liked the game a lot. I got the Neutral Ending C on my own but its the only one I found. Ill definitely buy the full version when it's out!
